  • While we will always do our best 4 to 6 weeks notice is ideal. We take a lot of time to really ensure that each gift is perfect. We work with designers, global vendors and creators. We will shop high and low to find the perfect treasure. In some cases if the item is a special order or as we get closer to the holidays we may need more time to fill orders.

  • Once the gift is confirmed and approved by you we take payment. When the gift is complete with gift wrap and all packaging we will invoice you with the Maven fee and shipping costs.

    We accept  Zelle, Visa, Mastercard , Discover, American Express.

  • At Maven, we offer a comprehensive gifting solution that takes care of everything, allowing you to reclaim your time and eliminate the stress of gift-giving. Our services encompass shopping, curation, gift wrapping, and shipping, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Our 30% fee covers not only our time and expertise but also our impressive wrapping and packaging, delivering a premium gifting experience. With Maven, you can trust that every detail is handled with care, from selecting the perfect item to ensuring it arrives beautifully presented.

  • At Maven, we listen carefully to understand your gifting needs, including your budget, desired mood, and intended message. Our aim is to make you proud of your gift while keeping the sentiment authentically yours. We work collaboratively, sharing visuals and details of potential gifts before any purchase. You maintain full control, and we only proceed with your approval. 

  • It’s important to note that all orders are final sale and non-refundable. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to doing everything we can to ensure your happiness with our service.

  • Sales tax is incorporated into the product cost in accordance with state regulations. Shipping fees apply and vary based on the delivery location. However, we’re pleased to offer free delivery for all local orders.

  • At Maven, we recognize that your time is valuable. Our process begins with a quick survey to understand your timeframe and the scope of work required. We pride ourselves on flexible communication, adapting to your preferences whether that’s via phone call, text, or email. Our goal is to ensure our interaction is both effective and productive, regardless of the method chosen. To maintain consistent and reliable communication, we commit to responding to all messages within the next business day. The expectation is that you are also active in communicating so delays occur.
